Getting started

From signup to a working workspace. This is the same path Coro's own onboarding wizard walks you through.

Set up your workspace

  1. 1

    Create your tenant

Sign up and name your company. Every tenant is fully isolated — enforced at the database level, not just hidden in the UI.

  2. 2

Pick a fiscal year and currency

Set these once in Settings → Company. They anchor every financial statement you'll generate later.

  3. 3

    Choose an industry template

Retail, services, distribution, or light manufacturing — each seeds a starter chart of accounts you can edit freely.

  4. 4

Turn on the modules you need

Projects and Manufacturing are opt-in. Leave them off until you actually need them; nothing else depends on them.

Invite your team

Add teammates by email from Settings → Members and assign a role: Tenant Admin, Manager, Staff, or Auditor (read-only). Roles are enforced in the database via row-level security, so a user editing the DOM still can’t see or change what their role doesn’t allow.

Tip: the command palette (Ctrl/Cmd + K) works from day one, even on an empty workspace — use it to jump straight to Settings instead of hunting through the sidebar.
