Introduction

What Coro is

Coro is a horizontal, multi-tenant ERP — one system for finance, sales, inventory, purchasing, and people, built to feel like a modern SaaS product instead of a 2004 ERP screen.

How it's organized

Everything in Coro is a module that posts back to one general ledger. There’s no separate “accounting system” you reconcile against — an invoice, a payroll run, and a completed work order all land as balanced journal entries in the same books.

  • Finance & Ledger — double-entry GL, AP/AR, multi-currency, financial statements
  • Sales & Inventory — quotes through payments, multi-warehouse stock
  • Purchasing — requisitions, RFQs, purchase orders, three-way matching
  • HR & Payroll — employee records, leave, attendance, payroll runs
  • Projects & Manufacturing — timesheets and billing, or BOM and work orders
  • Reporting & BI — pre-built dashboards plus a drag-and-drop report builder

Who this is for

These docs are written for the person setting up a new Coro workspace — usually a founder, an operations lead, or the accountant who’s going to live in the ledger every day. If you’re evaluating Coro rather than setting it up, the features page is a faster read.

Before you start

You’ll need: a company name and fiscal year, a rough chart of accounts (or the willingness to use one of Coro’s industry templates), and the email addresses of anyone you want to invite. Nothing else is required to get to your first invoice.
